Mr. Bedoya is the founder and President of Conservative Commercial and has been investing in Multifamily real estate for over 14 years.

Mr. Bedoya is a Certified Financial Planner and has an MBA in Finance  In addition, he has also trained in property management. To continue to achieve the company’s success, Conservative Commercial is seeking accredited and sophisticated investors to participate in the acquisition of multifamily properties.  These investments are also designed to be suitable for IRA and 401(k) retirement account investments.
